Refund policy

At Itchz, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets the return requirements outlined above.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where required, including under applicable consumer laws.

Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, we will first investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer may choose to:

  • Pay the additional shipping cost to have the order shipped again; or
  • Receive a refund minus the original shipping costs and any applicable fees.
